About the WhatsApp group
The Sunday live sessions are delivered through a WhatsApp group. Tasha will also share short daily voice notes there. Joining is optional — the daily practices are all on this website.
Please note: when you join a WhatsApp group, your phone number and name are visible to other members of that group. If you would rather not share your number, you can still follow every daily practice here, but you would not be able to join the live calls.
The joining link is shown only in your private challenge space after payment.
Gentle and practical
These practices are for general wellbeing. They are not medical or psychological treatment and do not promise particular outcomes. Move and breathe only in ways that feel comfortable, and stop if anything feels wrong.
